Sponsor a child
Children across our communities leave the classroom for reasons that have nothing to do with ability. A sponsorship removes that obstacle and keeps a child on the register through the full academic year.
Our sponsorship programme was created out of our founder’s own experience of hardship in upbringing, and it exists so that vulnerable children may achieve their full potential and realise their dreams.
A sponsor is matched with a child, and the Ministry maintains the relationship between them. Funds are applied to the schooling of the child named, and the sponsor receives reporting on that child’s progress. Enquiries about the use of a gift are answered directly by our office.
Sponsorship is a long commitment by design. Our aim is that a child completes their education rather than passing through a single assisted year.
Who qualifies for sponsorship
Priority is given to needy orphans and to children from vulnerable households, including those raised by single mothers and by elderly guardians. Children are identified through our church partners, our partnering schools, and the families already known to the Ministry through our weekly work.

Spiritual mentorship
Every sponsored child is known personally and discipled alongside their schooling.

Learners receive counselling as they approach the decisions that shape their working lives.
