Pastor Busein and Violet founded Mayuge Hope Ministries in 2019 in a deserted Muslim area of Mayuge, a place people often shy away from on account of its harsh conditions. They chose to settle in that abandoned place themselves, and the Ministry grew from the home they made there.
Busein and Violet are blessed with two sons, Adonai Mulungi Lubanga and Elohim Mulungi Lubanga, and with their adopted children Jovia, Junior, Mildrid, Bethany, Jirah, and Patience.
Under the call to expand the Kingdom of the Lord, Pastor Busein and Violet have, together with their team, opened four churches in different locations across Uganda under Set Free Life Church, the church that raised Pastor Busein from childhood.
Having overcome the challenges of his own upbringing, Pastor Busein was inspired to create the Mayuge Hope children sponsorship programme, an initiative dedicated to empowering vulnerable children to achieve their full potential and realise their dreams, thereby transforming their lives and fostering brighter futures
